Walid Batisha is a dynamic and highly qualified legal professional with diverse expertise in various legal areas ranging from Civil and Commercial field to banking, maritime, transport and trade, corporate disputes, real estate, construction Labor, Shipping and Criminal Law, with sound experience in litigation in UAE Courts and with a proven track record of consultancy in comprehensive UAE Law affairs, all with 20+ years of experience in both UAE and Egypt. He is a registered legal consultant in Dubai, he has extensive experience in litigation and dispute resolution across a variety of industries and areas of UAE law.

Experience:
Walid’s experience started straight from large legal matters that Walid had been handling as part of own legal business in Egypt. He would then progress to manage matters related to the Real Estate field here in UAE when he was handling a variety of contracts such as registrations and handovers with most and biggest developers in the region.
- Since 2009, Walid has been dealing with various large matters in Civil, Commercial and Criminal Law and has been involved in high profile multi-jurisdictional cases pertaining to UAE, and beyond.
- Shipping Law Expertise: Along with many specialties and expert knowledge, throughout his years in Gulf, Walid has gained deep and unique expertise in handling litigation cases related to ship finance, ship sale and purchase, construction, and conversion and including ship building and ship finance contracts.
